Fed up!!

I'm really fed up Vietnamies.
They withdraw their word too much and tried to ripped off even if I asked prices by Vietnamies.
Not only tourist places, but also local places.

Like I asked beer price before drinking, and they said ''5000 don''
asked local people drinking there too, and they said ''5,000don''
and when I finished drinking and they said ''10,000don''
